City of Sioux Center issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
The City of Sioux Center’s Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will be holding public hearings to review and consider several amendments to the City’s zoning code regulations and zoning map.
Complete details of these amendments can be found on the City’s website at www.siouxcenter.org/zoning or may be viewed at the Sioux Center City Offices during regular business hours.
The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019, beginning at noon. After this, a public hearing before the City Council will be held starting at 4 p.m. that same day.
Both meetings will be in the City Council Room at the City Offices, 335 1st Avenue NW, Sioux Center, Iowa.
Members of the public are invited to attend these hearings and will have an opportunity to make comments.
