City of Estherville issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
The City Offices, Public Library and ECCOG will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2020 in observance of Presidents Day.
There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Monday. Monday’s collection will be picked up on Tuesday along with Tuesday’s regular route.
The regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held as usual.
