City of Estherville issued the following announcement on May 19.
The Estherville City Offices, Public Library and ECCOG will be closed Monday, May 25, 2020 in observance of Memorial Day. There will be no City garbage or recycling collection on Monday, it will be picked up Tuesday instead. In addition, the Library will be closed Saturday, May 23.
