City of Orange issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
The Orange City Tulip Festival relies on donations and ticket sales, and we openly acknowledge the financial strain this year’s cancellation puts on the festival and our community. We thank you for your genuine care for the festival and generous support during this time. Working together we will ensure our treasured tradition lives on for years to come.
