City of Orange issued the following announcement on Oct. 14.
Forego the envelope and the postage, writing the check, or dropping off your payment. Your monthly utility bill amount can be withdrawn automatically from the bank account of your choice on the due date.
With the automatic payment option, you will continue to receive a paper bill at home so you can review it before the payment is made.
