Hartley Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.
Choose an ornament from an HMS Giving Tree at select locations.
Purchase and wrap the gift, returning it to a location by December 10, 2020.
The gifts will be deliverd to the families before Christmas.
