City of Estherville issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
The City Offices will be closing at noon on Thursday, December 24, 2020 and reopening on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 7:30 am in observance of Christmas.
There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Friday, December 25, 2020, instead, it will be collected on Monday, December 28, 2020 along with Monday's regularly scheduled route. Please place your bags and recycling bin out on Sunday evening due to the double route.
Also, ECCOG will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2020
