Census Bureau: More men than women in Sioux Center in 2019

Of the 7,534 people living in Sioux Center in 2019, 46.7 percent (3,517) were women and 53.3 percent (4,017) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NW Iowa News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 2,199-to-2,086. In the 65 and over age range, there were 621 females and 562 males.
