Northwest Iowa Community College issued the following announcement on September 15.
Enrollments at Northwest Iowa Community College are up slightly for the Fall of 2021 at 1,716. This represents about a 3% increase from Fall 2020 when the headcount was 1,666.
Kristin Kollbaum, Director of Marketing & Communications, said, “When you look at the numbers historically this year’s fall class is the 3rd largest incoming class to NCC — Fall 2019 had the largest fall enrollment in NCC’s history. It also represents an 11% increase in enrollments over the last 10 years (in 2011 there were 1,544 students). We are very happy with this progress both this year and over the last 10 years. This shows NCC’s strong commitment to making sure our programs are high quality, affordable, and accessible. We want our program offerings to align with the industry and learning needs of Northwest Iowans.”
