On November 22, Rep. Feenstra tweeted about the Rural Opioid Abuse Prevention Act that he introduced with Senator Grassley. The legislation was signed into law at the end of 2023 and aims to assist rural communities in recovering from opioid abuse by providing healthcare workers with essential tools for addiction treatment. "⛑️ My Rural Opioid Abuse Prevention Act — which I introduced with Senator Grassley and was signed into law at the end of 2023 — helps the most vulnerable in our rural communities recover from opioid abuse and equips our healthcare workers with critical tools to treat addiction."

In another tweet on November 22, Rep. Feenstra addressed an amendment he introduced last year in the House of Representatives to prohibit China from purchasing American farmland suitable for energy production. He emphasized the importance of protecting U.S. farmland for food, energy, and national security purposes: "Last year, the House of Representatives passed an amendment that I introduced to ban China from buying American farmland suitable for energy production...We can’t let countries like China buy another acre!"

Later that day, Rep. Feenstra congratulated Jami Tharp on the grand reopening of her business Choice Medical in a tweet dated November 22. He expressed his support for durable medical equipment providers across rural Iowa’s 4th district: "Congratulations to Jami Tharp on the grand reopening of her business — Choice Medical!...I will continue to advocate for durable medical equipment providers across rural #IA04."
