On January 28, 2025, Feenstra discussed his Precision Agriculture Loan Program Act as part of the Farm Bill. He stated that this legislation aims to assist producers in Iowa's 4th district by enabling them to purchase precision agriculture technology to enhance farm efficiency and reduce costs. Later that day, Feenstra expressed gratitude towards President Trump for declaring a National Energy Emergency. He emphasized the importance of making E15 fuel accessible year-round at gas pumps to help lower gas prices nationwide.
