Rep. Randy Feenstra, currently serving as a U.S. Congressman for Iowa’s 4th District, shared several announcements on social media regarding job opportunities, legislative achievements, and political appointments. Feenstra has been active in Congress since replacing Steve King in 2021 and previously served in the Iowa Senate from 2009 to 2021.

On January 28, 2025, Rep. Feenstra announced his intent to hire a veteran or Gold Star Family member for one of his district offices. He stated that the position is aimed at supporting veterans and military personnel. Interested individuals were directed to visit "Green & Gold Congressional Aide Program" for application details.

Later that day, Feenstra highlighted the forthcoming signing of the Laken Riley Act by President Trump. This legislation includes "Sarah's Law," which he co-authored with Senator Joni Ernst.
