Randy Feenstra, a U.S. Congressman representing Iowa's 4th District, recently shared updates from his engagements in Sioux City through a series of tweets. These posts highlighted his interactions with constituents and participation in local media.

On February 21, 2025, Feenstra hosted a town hall meeting with the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce in Sioux City. In his tweet, he noted that "40 people joined me for a productive conversation." The discussion covered topics such as the Farm Bill, crop insurance, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the 185th Air Refueling Wing (ARW), FAFSA, rural hospitals, and maternity healthcare. "This morning, I hosted a town hall with the @SiouxlndChamber in Sioux City."

Later that day at the same town hall event as part of his #36CountyTour, Feenstra addressed questions regarding Social Security. He affirmed his commitment to protecting these benefits for those who have earned them through their work: "My answer is yes. I will always protect Social Security for those who earned these benefits through a lifetime of hard work."

Following the town hall meeting on February 21st, Feenstra appeared on the “Grow Siouxland” radio show with Chris McGowan to discuss his efforts on behalf of families, farmers, and businesses in Iowa's 4th District. The interview was scheduled to air the following morning at 8:05 AM CT on KSCJ Radio: "After my town hall in Sioux City, I joined my friend — Chris McGowan — on the 'Grow Siouxland' radio show."
