Randy Feenstra, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Iowa’s 4th district, has been actively engaging with his constituents and addressing pressing issues through various initiatives and legislative efforts. On February 20th, Feenstra commenced his fifth biannual 36 County Tour with a town hall meeting in Cherokee. In a tweet posted on March 6, he shared his continued travels with a visit to Burgess Health Center in Onawa. He emphasized his dedication to supporting rural hospitals and healthcare professionals, stating: "After kicking off my 5th biannual #36CountyTour on February 20th with a town hall in Cherokee, I kept my travels going with a visit to Burgess Health Center in Onawa. I’ll always work to support our rural hospitals and dedicated healthcare professionals!"

On March 6, Feenstra also acknowledged the U.S. House of Representatives' unanimous approval of a resolution offering condolences for the victims of an air disaster at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport that occurred in January. He expressed national mourning over the tragedy: "On Monday, the U.S. House of Representatives unanimously approved a resolution extending condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims of the January air disaster at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Our nation continues to mourn this tragic loss of life."

In another tweet from March 6, Feenstra addressed challenges faced by turkey farmers in Iowa's fourth district due to avian metapneumovirus causing production and financial losses. He announced efforts to provide relief through the Livestock Indemnity Program: "#IA04 turkey farmers are facing production and financial losses at the hands of avian metapneumovirus. That’s why I’m working to deliver relief to our turkey growers through the Livestock Indemnity Program so that they can keep their operations strong."
