Randy Feenstra, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Iowa’s 4th district, has shared his views on recent legislative and national security matters through a series of tweets. Having replaced Steve King in 2021, Feenstra has been vocal about his positions on agriculture, immigration law, and national defense.

On March 14, 2025, Feenstra criticized the Democratic Party for allegedly obstructing agricultural legislation. He stated that "Last year, Democrats blocked the @HouseAgGOP-passed Farm Bill." He further claimed that Republicans are making efforts to pass a new five-year Farm Bill aimed at strengthening crop insurance and expanding export markets.

In another tweet dated March 15, 2025, Feenstra addressed an incident involving Sarah Root's death. He tweeted: "21-year-old Sarah Root was murdered by a drunk-driving illegal immigrant." He mentioned that the perpetrator had fled but was recently apprehended. Feenstra highlighted "Sarah’s Law," signed by President Trump, which mandates the detention of illegal criminals.

Later on March 15, 2025, Feenstra commented on a military operation against ISIS. His tweet read: "The fugitive leader of ISIS in Iraq has been killed by U.S. forces." He credited President Trump's leadership for enhancing global safety.
