In another update on the same day, Rep. Feenstra congratulated the Madrid Tigers Boys Basketball team for securing their first state title in school history. He described it as an outstanding achievement. "Congratulations to Madrid Tigers Boys Basketball on winning their first state title in school history!"

Additionally, Rep. Feenstra mentioned starting his day with a visit to Dordt University as part of his #36CountyTour. He spoke to Professor Zylstra’s "Leading and Serving" class about how his faith influences his work in Congress and highlighted the significant role students have in shaping the country's future. "This morning, I began another day of my #36CountyTour by speaking to Professor Zylstra’s “Leading and Serving” class at my alma mater — Dordt University — about how my faith informs my work in Congress."
