On March 21, 2025, Feenstra emphasized his commitment to improving emergency medical services in rural communities. Drawing from his experience as a former volunteer EMT for 15 years, he stated, "As a former volunteer EMT for 15 years, I know that rapid emergency medical services are critical for our families and seniors in our rural communities." He mentioned introducing the PARA-EMT Act aimed at training and retaining paramedics and EMTs in rural areas.

Later that day, Feenstra expressed appreciation for the extradition of an illegal immigrant responsible for the death of Sarah Root nearly a decade ago. He acknowledged the efforts of President Trump and Secretary Rubio in this matter by stating, "I thank President Trump and Secretary Rubio for extraditing the illegal immigrant who killed Sarah Root nearly a decade ago back to the United States." He noted that this was a significant moment for the Root family.

In another tweet on March 21, Feenstra discussed agricultural concerns. He shared his proactive approach by leading a letter to USDA advocating for vaccination strategies to prevent poultry depopulation and stabilize egg prices. He expressed gratitude towards federal support with these words: "In February, I led a letter to USDA calling for an aggressive, yet voluntary, vaccination strategy to prevent mass depopulation of chickens & turkeys and avoid spikes in egg prices."
