Rep. Randy Feenstra, currently serving in the U.S. Congress for Iowa's 4th district, addressed several key issues through recent posts on social media. He commented on agricultural policy, local workforce development, and national tax policies.

On April 1, 2025, Feenstra expressed support for a new agricultural policy, quoting a call from a government official. "@SecRollins calls on Congress to pass a farm bill". He stated, "I agree 100% with Secretary Rollins that we must pass a new, five-year Farm Bill ASAP. Our farmers and producers need certainty and relief!"

Later the same day, Feenstra engaged with dental professionals in Iowa, emphasizing the importance of retaining skilled individuals in local areas. In his words, "I had a great time chatting with dental students and dentists from the Iowa Dental Association." He continued, "As I told them, we want to keep these future dentists in Iowa — especially in our rural communities!"

Concluding his series of messages on April 1, Feenstra addressed tax policy concerns related to the expiry of previous legislative measures. He highlighted the impending legislative changes and stated, "At the end of this year, the Trump Tax Cuts will expire." He added, "That means taxes will increase on American families, farmers, workers, and businesses."
