Randy Feenstra, a representative for Iowa's 4th District in the U.S. Congress, used social media to share key activities and legislative efforts over the weekend, demonstrating ongoing involvement in both national and local concerns.

On April 7, 2025, Feenstra posted that over the weekend, "our Senior Legislative Assistant — Jeff — attended the commissioning of the USS Iowa, SSN-797, in Groton, Connecticut, which is the submarine capital of the world. Gov. Reynolds & Secretary of the Navy John Phelan helped send off our nation’s newest submarine!"

Subsequently, on the same date, Feenstra thanked his colleagues from the Ways and Means GOP for their support, stating, "I thank my @WaysandMeansGOP colleagues from Florida — @VernBuchanan, @RepGregSteube, and @RepAaronBean — for cosponsoring my Death Tax Repeal Act. Florida and Iowa farmers and small business owners need Congress to #AxeTheDeathTax and end this unfair double tax for good!"

Later, Feenstra addressed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, remarking in his post, "The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act grew our economy, lifted Americans out of poverty, increased wages, and spurred investment. We can't let this success story end. My @WaysandMeansGOP colleagues and I are working to protect these tax cuts for American families, farmers, and businesses."
