Representative Randy Feenstra, currently serving in the U.S. Congress and representing Iowa’s 4th district since 2021, shared several developments via social media concerning his recent engagements and discussions on matters critical to his constituents.

On April 9, 2025, Feenstra tweeted about his meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the United States, where they discussed trade opportunities between the two nations. Feenstra emphasized the potential for strengthening the alliance and boosting the economy by opening new export markets in South Korea for farmers and producers in Iowa's 4th district.

Later that day, Feenstra shared his encounter with Laura Chen from Ames, who won the #IA04 Congressional App Challenge last year. Expressing pride in students like Laura, Feenstra highlighted their importance as the future of the nation and congratulated her on making the trip to Washington, D.C., for her achievement.

Feenstra also posted about a discussion with Iowa Pork, noting his representation of the top pork-producing congressional district. Their conversation covered the five-year Farm Bill, foreign animal disease prevention, and the potential overturn of California’s Proposition 12 mandates.

Randy Feenstra, aged 54, was born and currently resides in Hull, Iowa. He is an alumnus of Dordt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and he succeeded Steve King in the U.S. Congress.
