Randy Feenstra, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Iowa’s 4th district since 2021 after succeeding predecessor Steve King, recently expressed insights and activities from his legislative endeavors via a series of tweets. Feenstra, a Congressman with a background in the Iowa Senate where he served from 2009 until entering Congress, engages actively in district-centered initiatives focusing on economic growth and military education.
On April 23, 2025, Feenstra recounted the conclusion of his #36CountyTour with a visit to Omnium Manufacturing in Hampton, followed by a town hall with employees. He emphasized his commitment as a member of the Ways and Means Committee to extend the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, aiming to bolster domestic manufacturing, strengthen the economy, and invest in Iowa's 4th district communities.
The following day, April 24, 2025, Feenstra highlighted the success of the 4th District Military Academy Day held at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge. The event focused on providing students and families from the #IA04 region with information about the military academy application process. Feenstra expressed gratitude to academy representatives for their participation.

Feenstra, aged 54, was born and resides in Hull, Iowa. He is an alumnus of Dordt University, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
