Randy Feenstra discusses passport fair and economic plans during recent engagements

Randy Feenstra, a U.S. Congressman representing Iowa’s 4th district, recently shared updates on various initiatives and events via social media. Serving in Congress since 2021 after succeeding Steve King, Feenstra has been actively engaging with constituents and addressing local concerns.

On May 8, 2025, Feenstra announced an upcoming passport fair: "Next Tuesday May 13th, our office is holding a passport fair in Council Bluffs at 149 West Broadway Council Bluffs, IA 51503." He invited interested parties to contact his office for more information about attending the event.

Later that day, Feenstra spoke at the Des Moines Partnership alongside the full Iowa congressional delegation. In his remarks he stated: "This morning, I had the pleasure of speaking to the @DSMpartnership w/ our full Iowa congressional delegation." He emphasized efforts to extend and enhance the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act to boost the economy and provide tax relief for families in his district.

Additionally, on May 7, Feenstra met with members of the Iowa Society of Anesthesiologists. Reflecting on this meeting he noted: "Yesterday, I had the chance to meet with Iowa Society of Anesthesiologists." The discussion focused on ensuring access to quality healthcare in rural areas within his district.

Feenstra was born in Hull, Iowa in 1969 and currently resides there. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the Iowa Senate from 2009 until 2021. He graduated from Dordt University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
