Randy Feenstra, a U.S. Congress member representing Iowa’s 4th district since 2021, shared several updates via social media. A former Iowa Senate member and Dordt University graduate, Feenstra has been actively involved in legislative activities.

On May 22, 2025, Feenstra announced his vote to pass President Trump’s “One, Big, Beautiful Bill,” which aims to provide significant tax cuts for families, farmers, workers, and small businesses in Iowa. He emphasized the bill's role in reviving domestic manufacturing and American energy production while heralding a "golden age" for the country.

Later that day on May 22, he highlighted the participation of Wes, their Agriculture & Manufacturing Liaison at a Time Capsule Ceremony at Village Northwest in Sheldon. The event marked its 50th anniversary with clients placing mementos to be opened on its 75th anniversary.

The following day on May 23, Feenstra discussed further details of President Trump’s bill. He stated it prevents what would have been the largest tax hike in American history and includes measures against illegal immigrants receiving taxpayer-funded benefits while mandating work for able-bodied adults without children.

Randy Feenstra continues to play an influential role as a representative from Iowa's 4th District since taking office after Steve King in 2021. Born in Hull and having lived there all his life, Feenstra remains committed to addressing key issues affecting his constituents.
