The Rodney Anderson Agriculture Scholarship has been awarded to Ryley Thraen, Iona, MN, and Novalee Yeary, Hudson, SD, by the Northwest Iowa Community College Foundation. This scholarship is $500. Thraen is in the Diesel Technology program and Yeary is in the Heavy Equipment program.
This scholarship was established by Rodney Anderson who was part of the farming community in O’Brien County since he was 4 years old. The scholarship is to support the achievement of students who choose to attend NCC and enroll as a full-time student in programs that support the agriculture industry.
