On March 24, 2025, Rep. Feenstra expressed gratitude towards farmers during Iowa Agriculture Week by stating "It’s #IowaAgWeek! Thank you to our incredible farmers and producers for feeding and fueling our country and the world!"
The following day, on March 25, 2025, he acknowledged former President Trump's recognition of biofuels' importance with a tweet saying "I thank President Trump for recognizing the importance of homegrown #IA04 biofuels. In Congress, I have led and cosponsored several pieces of legislation to unleash the full potential of American biofuels and prioritize our energy independence."
Later that day, Rep. Feenstra announced new legislation aimed at supporting farmers' infrastructure needs: "I just introduced the FRIDGE Act to construct needed refrigeration infrastructure so that #IA04 farmers can ship their perishable goods across the globe. Opening new export markets helps increase demand for our ag commodities & puts more money in the pockets of our producers."
